Mr Dolcino is specialized in Insurance and transport law.
He manages transport policies claim, debt collection procedures on behalf of many companies and handles contractual issues involving their transport companies.
In addition, Mr Dolcino offers general advice for any matters including trucking companies belonging to the firm’s clients.

Mrs Dolcino, has worked in the firm as legal aid since 2012, she deals mainly with transport and insurance law.  She has obtained two PHDs, one in Maritime Transport and Insurance law, the other in Shipping Law.
Mrs Dolcino also manages debt collection files for our clients (natural and legal persons) and she also works on research activities.

After graduating from the Andrea D’Oria classical high school in Genoa, lawyer Roberto Dellacasa enrolled in the Faculty of Law at the University of Genoa; after a study experience abroad, in 2005 he graduated with full marks with a thesis in civil procedural law.
Following an enriching experience at a leading Genoese law firm specializing in labor law, after passing lawyer’s State exam, Mr. Dellacasa then dedicated himself to legal profession, obtaining registration in the Genoa Bar Association in January 2009.
Mr Dellacasa has a civil law background, achieved through his decades of experience developed in the field of litigation, both judicial and extrajudicial.
In addition to transportation and insurance law, which are the core business of Studio Dolcino, Mr Dellacasa has also developed his skills in the field of medical malpractice, compensation for damages, general civil liability and employment law litigation.
A native English speaker, Dellacasa also speaks fluent Spanish.

Ms. Melissari graduated with honors in Law from the University of Genoa in 2014. In 2015, she completed a postgraduate internship at the Legal Department of Fincantieri S.p.A., focusing on in the review of contractual models, confidentiality agreements and due diligence on foreign companies.
She has been a member of the Genoa Bar Association since December 2016 and primarily deals with civil and contract law, with a focus on insurance and transport law.

Mr Paolo Mascarino was born in Genoa on October 21, 1964. He graduated in Law from the University of Genoa in 1990, with a thesis on the wage rights of maritime workers. He was admitted to the Genoa Bar Association in 1993. Mr Mascarino has over thirty years of experience in transportation and insurance law. He advises leading Italian and international companies in the Marine and Yachting sectors, providing assistance in drafting and reviewing insurance policies in specialty lines. He has also successfully represented several companies in disputes involving logistics and other specialized areas of law. Throughout his career, he has served as a consultant for major Italian logistics operators. In order to offer a full range of legal services, Mr Mascarino is also qualified as a professional mediator and is active in alternative dispute resolution (ADR).
